7. Delivery and Fulfilment

7.1 Delivery of Physical Products

Bee Shoppa delivers physical products to addresses within Nigeria and, where applicable, to international destinations. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location, the availability of logistics partners, and other factors. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

If a physical product you receive is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) 2019.
